Week 2 was really really hard. I continued to have stomach pains for several days and started craving “real” food again. My body felt weak at times, but strangely, for my workouts in the gym, I had more energy. I also climbed exceptionally well in the rock climbing gym. It may be because I lost 5 lbs this week.
Weight Last Week: 178 lbs
Weight This Week: 173 lbs
Breakfast:
Granola, Bananas, Apples, Oatmeal and Blueberries.
Lunch:
Tijuana Flats Vegan Burrito, Lazy Moon Vegan Pizza, Morning Star Chicken Wrap with baby greens, Boca patty, Dried Fruits and Peanuts.
Dinner:
Red Beans and Rice, Vegan Chile Dog, Portabello Mushroom Sandwich, Veggie Soup
Overall I Feel:
Hungry all the time, cleansed, and I can feel the difference in the drop in weight. Even though I am starving all the time, its easier for me to turn foods such as wings and burgers. Even with my friends tempting me and throwing it in my face.
