
It’s the end of Week 3 and it’s getting easier. I have cooked more but also spent way more money than I would want to on food. My coworkers have noticed a drop in my weight. I lost 2lbs this week and I went from a waist size 34 to 32.
Weight Last Week: 173 lbs
Weight This Week: 171 lbs
Breakfast:
Bananas, Apples, Blueberry crunch cereal w Silk, and Rasberries.
Lunch:
Tijuana Flats vegan burrito, hummus tomato and basil pizza, brown rice with Morning Star chicken, vegan chicken nuggets, Wendy’s asian salad, black bean and tofu wrap and peanuts.
Dinner:
Black bean soup, Morning Star chicken and rice, vegan hot dog, spinach salad, vegetable mushu
Overall I Feel:
I’m used to the increase in my metabolism and I keep snacks such as fruit and peanuts handy fo rhen I get hungry throughout the day. Proud that I made it this long.
