When I contacted my location (which i did way more than 4 times both through phone and in person) 225th Bronx I was told that because I had misplaced my receipt which the gym should no doubt have a copy of couldnt be located. When I stated that maybe the issue of a missing receipt should be taken up with the employees on duty as I was sure I'd made my payment I was told that wasn't an option. The manager Albert was extremely over bearing and obnoxious. He lacked the proper etiquette that I feel a manager of any establishment should have. When I asked for a corporate contact he told me they dont give that out. Outrageous, I know! I was recently over charged for a month of payment.
